Doh Gyeom, the Iron Lion (4): In the aftermath of the fight, Doh Gyeom lies passed out on the floor, with two of his ambushers marveling at his incredible strength despite being drugged. They then take Gyeom and Yerin away. While travelling through the forest, Old Man Hwang the ginseng man spots them and is horrified when he sees Yerin has been captured. At that he rushes to pass on the news, but falls on his way down the rocky terrain...
In a palace, a subordinate tells his lord that Doh Gyeom had been successfully captured and he had brought his "betrothed" with him. The lord tells his subordinate to lock them in separate cells and await orders. Behind the lord, a hooded man informs him that Gyeom doesn't have a betrothed and told him to get rid of her so as not to make any mistakes as last time.
Gyeom has a frightening nightmare of his youth, involving his big brother, before waking up in a cold sweat; realising he was tied up and imprisoned, Gyeom wonders where he is. Elsewhere in the cells, the jailers receive orders to get rid of Yerin. Opening her cell door and peering down at her unmoving form, one of the jailers notes they weren't told how they should kill her...
Stumbling to the tavern, battered, bruised and bloody, old man Hwang worriedly informs Chohyang and Ryong about Yerin, with the latter two looking at him in alarm.
