Soh Jinhong, The Rosy-Cheeked Sword Fiend (7): Arriving at his house, two men offer Soh Jinhong the chance to join the Baekma Valley in exchange for answers. With Jinhong rudely refusing their offer, they leave, giving him some food, but mention they will be back. As they leave, Jinhong recalls the words the people of the village and wonders who he and his retainer really were.
A few days later, the two men return to find the food uneaten and Jinhong in an exhausted state. Asking Jinhong if he had reconsidered their offer, he replies if they knew what he wanted and they mention Jinhong's retainer. They then reveal some of the information they knew about the mysterious old man and tell Jinhong to come to the Baekma Valley when ready as it would be the last time they come. As they left, they mentioned that a "monster" was searching for him and that he was not someone Jinhong could handle. Remembering he had unfinished business, Jinhong got to his feet and left.
Elsewhere, Gang finishes a delivery and is heading home when he spots Soh Jinhong. Launching himself at the swordsman, he tells him he wasn't getting away this time.
